Treasurer

The treasurer has a key role in Junior Enterprises Switzerland. He/She is responsible for the financial management of the association by taking care of the expenses, the receipt of the income and the call for membership fees. The candidate must speak fluent English, be willing to speak publicly, and be highly motivated.

  • Establish the annual budget.
  • Manage financial relations, both internally and with third parties.
  • Control the association’s expenses and file the related receipts.
  • Produce and communicate financial information.
  • Prepare the accounts and a financial report to be presented at the GA.
  • Ensure payment of membership fees by JEs.
  • Creation of processes for filing and handover.
  • Attend both the National Meeting Opening and National Meeting Closing
  • Attend events organized each year by the different JEs
  • English spoken fluently
