What we’re looking for
The International Manager (IM) represents the Swiss Network abroad, he/she maintains the direct link between the European, Global, and Swiss networks. The IM must stay tuned to the values and struggles of his/her confederation, and at the same time must know what’s happening in the International Network.
The candidate must speak English fluently, other languages are appreciated. He/Her must be willing to speak publicly, have a strong sense of diplomacy, be highly motivated and flexible.
Responsibilities
- International Representative of the Swiss Confederation.
- Link between the European & Global movement of Junior Enterprises and the Swiss Network : proactive attitude to know everything that’s happening in the network.
- Taking part at GAs, workshops and events from Junior Enterprises Europe (JEE) and Global (JEG). This includes traveling.
- Participating in the growth of the Confederation by organizing international calls between different confederations and leading review sessions based on JEE recommendations.
- Attend both the National Meeting Opening and National Meeting Closing
- Attend events organized each year by the different JEs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English.
- Public Speaking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of the movement (National and International).
- Willing to travel and participate in online meetings frequently.
- Organized and self-sufficient.
