What we’re looking for
The HR Manager is the heart of the Executive Board’s dynamic and structure. He/She is involved in the recruitment, the team buildings and well-being of the team.
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment process.
- Team buildings creation and animation.
- Conflict resolution within the team and between a JE member and an Executive Board member.
- Collaboration with the Communication Manager for the establishment of recruitment campaigns and other campaigns if wanted.
- Establishment of a budget for the expenses expected for this position.
- Attend both the National Meeting Opening and National Meeting Closing
- Attend events organized each year by the different JEs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Public speaking
- Excellent communication skills
- High diplomatic behavior
- Organized and self-sufficient
