The HR Manager is the heart of the Executive Board’s dynamic and structure. He/She is involved in the recruitment, the team buildings and well-being of the team.

  • Managing the recruitment process.
  • Team buildings creation and animation.
  • Conflict resolution within the team and between a JE member and an Executive Board member.
  • Collaboration with the Communication Manager for the establishment of recruitment campaigns and other campaigns if wanted.
  • Establishment of a budget for the expenses expected for this position.
  • Attend both the National Meeting Opening and National Meeting Closing
  • Attend events organized each year by the different JEs
  • Proficiency in English
  • Public speaking
